برساخت روابط خانوادگی در خانواده‌های نابارور

چکیده

یکی از مسائل مهم جامعۀ نوین افزایش ناباروری است. فرایند درمان ناباروری چالش‌هایی را در روابط زوجین و نهاد خانواده ایجاد می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر درپی بررسی خانواده‌های ناباروری است که فرایند درمانی را سپری کرده‌اند. ازاین‌رو مواجهۀ روانی آنان را با مسئلۀ باروری و همینطور تأثیرات فرایند درمانی بر روابط زوجین را به مداقه گذاشتیم. بنابراین با روش نظریۀ زمینهای و رویکرد گلیزری در دو مرحله کدگذاری واقعی و نظری براساس یک الگوی نشانه ـ مفهوم، روایت‌های 13 مصاحبه با زوجین ناباروری که بعد از فرایند درمانی صاحب فرزند شده بودند تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان از آن دارد که احساسات فردی و متقابل زوجین در مواجهه با ناباروری بیانگر حس فرد نابارور در قربانی کردن شریک زندگی خود، تفکر مشکل اشتراکی زوجین و همچنین حس قربانی شدن در کنار شریک زندگی نابارور است که مقولۀ محوری «آینه‌های مقابل و خود آینه‌سان» بیانگر تنوع این حالات روحی است. اما رابطۀ زوجین در فرایند درمان بیانگر روندی همسوتر مانند فرصت‌سازی تهدیدها، حفظ روال، کنترل اوضاع و اشارۀ مختصری به ضعف کنترل اوضاع است که «هم‌زیستی در شرایط بحران» بازگوی مقولۀ محوری آن است که درکل نشان از آن دارد که در شرایط بحران درمانی، هم‌زیستی مسالمت‌آمیز زوجین تداوم داشته است. درنهایت از بطن دو مقولۀ محوری اشاره‌شده مقولۀ هسته «برساخت روابط خانوادگی در خانواده‌های نابارور» برساخت شد. نتیجه اینکه زوجین بسته به ادارکات فردی و بازخوانی احساسات متقابل از شرایط ناباروری، یا دچار سردی عاطفی می‌شوند یا علاقۀ بیشتری به همسر پیدا می‌کنند.

چکیده English

One of the important problems in today's modern society is infertility. Its therapeutic process may challenge the relationships and the foundation of the family. therefore, the present research studies those infertility families which passed the treatment process and analyses their psychological encounter to the fertility issue as well as the effects of the treatment process on couples' relationships. Accordingly, we analyzed the interviews, report 13, with the couples who had children after the treatment using the Grounded Theory and Glazier Approach in two real and theoretical coding based on a sign-concept model. The results show that individual and mutual feelings facing infertility are in accord with Scarification, shared path, to be sacrificed, which the Looking Glass Self matter shows such mental health. However, the couple's relationship during the treatment process shows a more compatible situation, taking advantage of the threads, keeping norms, taking control of the situation, and a brief note to having weak control of the situation which the Coexistence Under Crisis Circumstances restates the matter in accord with the subject. In the end, from the two mentioned matters the Construction of family relationships in infertile families phenomena was made. The result is that depending on individual perceptions and re-reading of each other's feelings about the infertility situation, couples either experience emotional coldness or become more interested in their spouse.
