رابطه نیم رخ علایق شغلی با انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته های روان شناسی و مشاوره

چکیده

شناسایی علایق شغلی دانشجویان و ترجیحات انگیزشی آن‌ها می‌تواند در انتخاب صحیح رشتۀ تحصیلی و شغل کمک کند و به موفقیت تحصیلی و شغلی آنان منجر شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نیمرخ علایق شغلی و رابطۀ آن با انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشتۀ روان‌شناسی و مشاورۀ شهر تهران بود. 300 دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد روان‌شناسی و مشاورۀ دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات در این مطالعه مشارکت کردند. علایق شغلی آنان با استفاده از پرسش‌نامۀ رغبت‌سنج هالند و انگیزش تحصیلی آنان با استفاده از مقیاس انگیزش تحصیلی والرند سنجیده شد. داده با روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و رگرسیون چندمتغیره تحلیل شد. از نظر مؤلفه‌های انگیزش تحصیلی، بالاترین نمره مربوط به انگیزش بیرونی بود. بین متغیر انگیزۀ بیرونی با سنخ شخصیتی هنری و اجتماعی رابطۀ معنا­داری وجود داشت. همچنین بین متغیر انگیزۀ درونی با تیپ شخصیتی اجتماعی رابطۀ مثبت وجود داشت. سایر نتایج نشان داد که بین بی‌انگیزشی با سنخ شخصیتی قراردادی و جست‌وجوگر رابطۀ مثبت وجود داشت. این مطالعه رابطۀ بین برخی علایق شغلی دانشجویان برمبنای نظریۀ هالند را با برخی از مؤلفه‌های انگیزش تحصیلی درونی و بیرونی مشخص می‌کند. به‌نظر می‌رسدکه مشاوران و برنامه‌ریزان تحصیلی می‌توانند از نظریه و ابزارهای سنجش هالند برای هدایت تحصیلی و شغلی دانشجویان و جلوگیری از هدر رفتن سرمایۀ آموزشی و انسانی کشور استفاده کنند

The aim of this study was to determine the profile of job interests and its relationship with academic motivation in graduate students of psychology and counseling in year of 1996-97.This study was a correlational study. 300 master students of psychology and counseling of Allameh Tabatabaei University and Azad University of Science and Research Branch participated in this study in the 97-96 academic year. Their job interests were assessed using the Holland Questionnaire and their academic motivation was assessed using the Walland (1993) Academic Motivation Scale. Then the collected data using SPSS 21 software. Multivariate analysis of variance and multivariate regression were analyzed. Results: The highest score of personality type in students was related to social fever, followed by daring and conventional personality types, respectively, had the highest score. In terms of academic motivation components, the highest score was related to external motivation. There was a significant relationship between external motivation variable with artistic personality level and social There was also a positive and significant relationship between intrinsic motivation and social personality type . Other results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the lack of motivation variable with the contracted personality type and the seeker. The study identifies the relationship between some job interests of students based on Holland theory and some components of internal and external academic motivation. It seems that counselors can use holland theory and assessment tools to guide students' education and careers and prevent the waste of the country's educational and human capital.
